Good Morning!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

Today - please open the Milestone 1 Stepping Stone 1 activity. You will work together with the students at your table to complete Activity 2 on the Stepping Stone Slide. Using the slideshow from Activity 1 nd the timeline resources in Activity 2, complete the Timeline Organizer (found under “What Have I learned.” You will work together, but every student should turn in their own copy of the organizer to this task.

Some examples of answers to “How did they receive the right to vote” would be: the 15th Amendment, the 19th Amendment, The Indian citizenship Act.

Some examples of “What strategies achieved the right to vote?” would be: going to court, passing a law, protests, Civil War.

You may leave the “Obstacles that still remain” column blank - we will come back to it together.

If you finish early please check for missing work and get caught up!

See you tomorrow :-)
