Hi my name is Joseph Melendez, my project is about teaching flag football, I did research on the impact sports has on communities and from what I’ve researched it has a very positive impact and more. Now for my product I had contacted Arts Academy Elementary Charter School to see if I could get permission to teach their students and they allowed me to teach them. First I had to get permission from their parents and come up with a date and plan on what to teach them about flag football. After the process of getting the process completed for my product I had taken the students down to the parking lots of Building 21 and taught them flag football and made sure they were having fun while doing it. Now the future I see for my project is for Building 21 to build a relationship with the Arts Academy and have the older kids have a bond and be able to teach the younger kids.
