Over the weekend, I celebrated my cousin’s 21st birthday. I posted happy birthday to him on my social media.

To me, respect means you take consideration for peoples wishes. For example, if I made it clear to people that i dont like excessive talking, then they should respect that.

Formal/Informal

When I go to work I have to speak to my managers and supervisors formally because their my bosses. When i speak to my co-workers, I speak to them informally because they’re in my age group and most of us are friends.
